How it runs

From brief to license

Six stages, agreed in writing before anyone travels. Tap any of them for the detail.

01 BriefYou send scope and budget

Tell us what you want made and what you have allocated. We come back within two business days with a scope, an estimated timeline and a licensing recommendation — or an honest no if the fit is wrong.

02 TreatmentWritten and approved before we travel

Shot list, sequence plan, light schedule and styling notes. You approve it in writing, which is why a revision later never turns into a re-shoot argument.

03 ShootOn location, at the hour the light happens

Two people, compact kit, no location agreement needed. We work around a live service rather than shutting one down.

04 EditTwo to seven business days

Graded, captioned, and cut for the platform first. One revision round is included; additional rounds start at $150.

05 DeliverEvery ratio from one master

9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, plus stills. Structured folders over a private link, live for ninety days.

06 LicenseOne page, attached to the invoice

Channels, territories and dates stated plainly. No ambiguity about where you can run it or for how long.

Content creators for hotels, restaurants and consumer brands

Here is the honest version. We are a two-person studio in New York — Emily in front of the camera, Gordon behind it — and between us we have made 1,580+ videos. Around 600 live on YouTube, another 980 are TikTok shorts. That is a lot of reps, and reps are what you are actually buying.

What that means for you: we have already made the mistakes. We know how a dish photographs under a heat lamp, how to shoot a suite without the window blowing out, how long a hotel will really let you block a corridor, and which three seconds of a ninety-second edit decide whether anyone watches the rest.

What we make

Short-form video and photography, shot on location, delivered as finished assets you own the rights to run. Vertical first for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, then reformatted to 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 from the same graded master — so one shoot feeds your social calendar, your website, your booking pages and your paid media.

Hotels, resorts and hospitality

We produce hotel and resort content for independent properties, boutique hotels, resort groups and all-inclusive destinations. Room and suite reveals, arrival sequences, spa and amenity coverage, the restaurant downstairs, and the golden-hour frames that carry a booking page. If your brand standards run to the level of a Waldorf Astoria, a Hyatt or a Marriott property, the deliverables are built to clear that bar — and if you are a twelve-room guesthouse, the same crew costs a fraction of a production company.

Restaurants, bars and food brands

Fine dining rooms, steakhouses, omakase counters, neighbourhood openings, bar programmes and packaged food. Our register for food is closer to a guide entry than a commercial — what is on the plate, how it got there, and why it is worth the trip. That framing is why the work travels: people receive it as a recommendation rather than an advert. We have made food and beverage content for brands including Maruchan, Buldak, Fly By Jing and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Experiences, events and sport

Motorsport weekends, tournaments, theme parks, concerts, festivals and cultural attractions. Live event content has a different job from destination work — it sells a dated ticket, so the edit leads with atmosphere and access rather than scenery. We shoot fast and can deliver same week when the schedule demands it.

Product, footwear, apparel and retail

Sneakers, outerwear, accessories, drinks, electronics and homeware. Product content and UGC made to a standard you can run as paid media — hero films, texture and detail work, unboxing and first-use, and hook-testing sets that give a performance team six or twelve openings to test against one product. Equally at home shooting a technical running shoe, a canned drink, or a jewellery case under controlled light.

Beauty, skincare and wellness

Skincare, K-beauty, cosmetics, personal care and spa. Beauty audiences spot a script in two seconds, so our skincare content shows texture, application and honest assessment — including what a product does not do. That is the only reason a recommendation in this category carries any weight. Paid partnerships are disclosed to FTC standard, and in our experience that does not depress performance at all.

Who we are a good fit for

Two kinds of client, honestly. Large brands who need a nimble crew for a specific shoot — a property, a launch, an event — without booking a full production company and a week of pre-production. And independent businesses — a restaurant, a hotel, a shop — who need work that looks like it came from a much bigger budget. We do the same job for both; only the scope changes.

Where we shoot

Based in New York, covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester and the tri-state area with no travel fee. Internationally we travel on a cost-plus basis — recent production has taken us through Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and France, with Korea and Australia booked for later this year.

How to work with us

Three ways. Per project for a single shoot with a defined deliverable set. Monthly retainer if you have a continuous content calendar — predictable volume, predictable cost. Ambassador partnership for a longer term with category exclusivity. Rates start on the services page, and our full licensing terms are published rather than buried, because arguments about usage rights are the most common way these partnerships go wrong.

If you already have a brief and a budget, send them. We would rather read what you have in mind than guess at a scope that does not match your campaign.

Common questions

Before you send the brief

What kind of brands do you work with?

Hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, live experiences and events, consumer product and retail brands, and beauty and wellness companies. Past work spans food and beverage, apparel and skincare across paid campaigns, gifted collaborations and performance partnerships.

If your category is not on that list but the decision your customer makes is visual, send the brief anyway.

How do we start, and do you need our budget first?

Send a brief through the contact page or request the media kit. If you already have a proposal and an allocated budget, send those — we would rather review what you have in mind than quote blind against a scope that does not match your campaign.

If you would prefer we scope it, we will come back with options and rates.

Can our brand use the content in our own advertising?

Yes, under a written license. Resharing our original post inside the platform — a TikTok repost or an Instagram collaboration — is included at no cost and lasts indefinitely, with credit.

Downloading the files and re-uploading them to your own channels, website or any paid placement requires a usage license, priced by channel, territory and term so you only pay for what you actually need. Full detail on the licensing page.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes. Tri-state travel is included in every booking. Beyond that we bill economy travel at cost plus a daily travel rate, agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.

How quickly do we receive the content?

First-cut video seven business days after the shoot, edited stills in five. One revision round is included. Expedited 72-hour delivery is available where the schedule allows.

Do you accept gifted or hosted collaborations?

A limited number each quarter, usually with independent properties, new openings and brands we have a genuine reason to cover. A gifted arrangement covers product or stay rather than production, so the deliverables and the license are scoped smaller to match. Send the details and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Let's make something worth booking.

Tell us about the property, the menu, the launch or the campaign. Every enquiry gets a reply within two business days with scope and availability.
