AboutWe don't just create content
We capture experiences the way they're meant to be felt.
We're a New York–based creative duo working across travel, food and lifestyle. From premium stays and flights to trending restaurants and everyday moments worth remembering, we turn real experiences into stories people actually want to watch, save and come back to.
We met in high school in New York and have been building together ever since. What started as exploring new places and trying new food turned into something more intentional. Today, we plan like strategists, shoot like filmmakers, and experience everything like it's our first time.
Our dynamic is simple. Emily brings the presence. Gordon builds the world around it. Somewhere in between, the story comes to life.
The one you see first, and the one you trust to guide the experience.
With a background in Finance from Boston College, she brings structure, clarity and intention into everything we do. She is the planner, the host, the narrator, and the one making sure every story has direction.
She knows how to ask the right questions, feel out what actually matters, and turn it into something people connect with. Whether it's a luxury stay, a hidden food spot or a long travel day, she brings a natural balance of polish and personality that keeps things real.
Her lifestyle reflects that balance. She's an early riser who runs before the day starts. She's a seasoned foodie who knows what's worth it and what's just hype. She loves sushi and sashimi, always keeps something spicy on the side, and will choose a fresh fruit bowl over almost anything.
She appreciates the details most people overlook. A good skincare routine. A perfectly timed sunset. A quiet sunrise under palm trees. Even the small joy of miniature versions of everyday things.
If she could create her own cuisine, it would be Korean banchan with sushi and sashimi. Variety, balance, and something you never get tired of.
To Emily, a booked trip is better than any kind of therapy. It's not just about going somewhere. It's about feeling something new.

The one making sure you feel it through the screen.
With a background in Design from Queens College and over ten years in the automotive and supply chain world, he's built on systems, structure and execution. From research and development to eCommerce and distribution, his experience is rooted in understanding how things come together and how they actually work.
Now that mindset translates directly into how we create. He handles the creative direction, filming, audio and editing. Every angle, every transition, every sound choice is intentional. If something feels slightly off, he will fix it. If a moment can be better, he will reshoot it.
He's spontaneous by nature but precise in execution. A night owl who works best in his own space, refining details until everything flows exactly how it should.
Outside of work he's driven by movement and feeling. He loves driving with no destination, music that hits emotionally, and keeping things simple. A solid sandwich and a strong coffee will always do it.
If he could create a dish, it would be Mediterranean meats and sides with Malaysian-style noodles. Structured, layered and a little unexpected.
His philosophy is simple. Design can be expressive, but it should always serve a purpose.

This is where it gets real.
We are very different people. That's exactly why this works.
We challenge each other constantly. Sometimes it's about structure, sometimes it's about timing, sometimes it's about how something should be done. It can get frustrating, but it always makes the work better. We push each other to be sharper, more intentional and more honest with what we create.
And at the end of the day, love wins. Always.
We bond over discovering new places, trying new food, and turning experiences into something worth sharing. We also bond over competition — give us a strategic game and it will get serious fast.
When we work together there's a natural rhythm. Emily is in front, creating connection. Gordon is behind, building the experience. Sometimes those roles blur, and that's where the best moments happen.
We keep it simple.
You give us the product, the place or the story you want told. We take care of the rest.
We understand how to translate a real experience into something visual, engaging and authentic. Not forced. Not overproduced. Not forgettable.
We focus on details most people miss. We know how to make content feel natural because this is what we do every day. We make the audience feel like they're there.
If they can book the trip, they will want to. If they can't, they'll still enjoy it from where they are.
We're also easy to work with. Collaborative, flexible, and genuinely invested in making something good, not just getting something done.
You brief, we handle it
Product, place or story. We plan, shoot, edit and deliver every ratio you need from one visit.

It reads as real
Because it is. We shoot the way we travel and eat, which is why the work doesn't feel like an advert.
We like content that feels alive.
Fast paced when it needs to be. Slow when the moment deserves it. Cinematic, but never overdone. Real, always.
We don't chase trends. We focus on experiences.
Because at the end of the day, people don't remember content. They remember how it made them feel.
And we're always ready for the next flight.
Questions we get asked
Are you a couple, or a company?
Both. We met in high school, we work together every day, and we operate as a studio with contracts, insurance, releases and licensing. Brands book the studio; the fact that we are also partners is why we can shoot at unsociable hours without a crew negotiation.
Can we book just one of you?
For photography-only or production-only work, yes. For anything on camera, Emily leads. For anything requiring direction, editing or delivery, Gordon does. Most bookings need both, which is why the studio is priced as a unit rather than per person.
Do you sign NDAs and exclusivity agreements?
NDAs, routinely — send yours and we will sign it. Exclusivity is priced rather than free, at a premium of 20–40% depending on how broad the category lock is, and we define the scope precisely in writing.
Will you work with a brand you have not used?
Yes, provided we can genuinely stand behind it after trying it. We will not review a product we have not used or recommend a property we have not stayed in. If a campaign requires a claim we cannot verify, we will tell you at brief stage.
What happens if we do not like the content?
Every package includes revision rounds covering edit, pacing, music, text and colour. What a revision does not cover is a change of concept, because the concept was approved in the written treatment before we travelled. That is exactly why the treatment stage exists.
Do you do free work?
Occasionally, for brands or causes we would back regardless. It is rare, because this is how we make a living. If your budget is limited, tell us the number — we will either make it work at a smaller scope or decline quickly rather than leaving you waiting.
Where can I find your individual projects?
Gordon's design and software work is at gordonchai.com, and he posts at @gordonchai. Emily is @emilychenxb on TikTok and Instagram. Everything we make together is on YouTube.
